Coffee almond milk cocktail

Coffee almond milk cocktail

Coffee almond milk cocktail

I found this idea through my new social media network the PINTEREST, How to Milk an Almond fresh homemade almond milk.  It is new to me and I am curious to try this kind of coffee combined with almond milk.

First I have to prepare my coffee ice cubes.  So easy.  I saw this idea for putting freshly brewed coffee in ice cube trays.

Then I freeze it.  After an hour I put my Almond milk together with my coffee ice cubes.

So refreshing...Hmmm...better add some spice to heat.  I add a nip of my father Tanduay brandy. Oh la la I have now  COFFEE ALMOND MILK COCKTAIL!

Cafe Americano at Green Coffee

Cafe Americano at Green Coffee

Cafe Americano at Green Coffee

The coffeeshop is a self-serviced shop like Starbucks which you have to wait in line to get your coffee to your table. So if you're staying outside, you have to wait inside for your name to be called.

Their bestseller is Cafe Mocha but I ordered CAFE AMERICANO for a  change, and paired with their chocolate mousse. A coffee addict like me will really love this place and also their coffee itself.

For a taste of this new shop, which I have known is a Panadero Express under a new brand. A chat with friends and relax, I recommend you come here.

Green Coffee is located at F. Torres St., Davao City.

1-1/4 cups regular grind espresso or other dark roast coffee
1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
6 cups water
2-1/2 teaspoons EQUAL® FOR RECIPES or SPLENDA
2-1/2 cups skim milk
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Place espresso and cinnamon stick in filter basket of drip coffee pot; brew coffee with water. Stir sugar into coffee; pour into 8 mugs or cups.

Heat milk in small saucepan until steaming. Blend half of milk in blender at high speed until foamy, about 15 seconds; pour milk into 4 mugs of coffee, spooning foam on top. Repeat with remaining milk and coffee. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg before serving.
